📦 Order Processing Time

- All orders are handmade and customized to your request.
- Processing time before shipping is 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or official holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

- We currently offer two shipping options:
1- Standard Shipping via Israel Post – Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
2- Express Shipping via Israel Post – Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the moment your order is shipped.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order ships.
- Delivery time may vary depending on location within Israel.

- For purchases over 1,000 NIS, you’ll receive free express shipping!

🌍 International Shipping

- We ship worldwide (to most countries).
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination, customs, and local postal services.
- All international orders come with a tracking number.
 

📌 Customs & Duties

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.
- LAVA jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.
 

💰 Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be clearly displayed on the site.
 

📮 Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
